Community Spraying for Mosquitos
Our community will be tested for mosquitoes as it is every year. Once this testing is completed if there is a need for spraying this will take place on Tuesday Evenings. Please close your windows on Tuesday Evening, so that you are not effected by the fumes from the spraying.
We have notified them that we would like to have a our community sprayed based on the responses from the community on the amount of mosquitos in the area. Please do your part in ensuring that your gutters are cleaned and all water containers etc. are emptied. This will cut down on the mosquito population.
Please share this information with others in our community.
New Community Signs
New community signs have been installed in the following locations: Christmas Tree Park, Chillum Road above the intersection of Ingraham Street (across from Washington Gas) and a small plaque on the wall at the entrance to Russell Avenue.
We are currently working to get approval to place a sign on the North Woodridge area. Stay tuned for updates as we place a face/presents on our community.
